If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Please note that return requests exceeding this 7-day window cannot be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received. All original tags, product packaging, and the purchase invoice must be included.

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 working days directly to your Bank Account, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa profile.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, Eka Trendz will cover all return shipping fees. However, if you are returning an item due to a change of mind, the return transit fees will be the customer's responsibility.
